• Make a list of what you can outsource, automate, or put on the back burner to make even more space for the activities that will accelerate your growth

• Get clear on what you're selling, creating, growing in your business this year so the strategies and action plan we create align with your goals

45 Minutes: Strategize

• We'll review your brainstorm homework on the best Revenue Generating Activities for your goals

• Pick the best visibility & sales strategies based on what you're selling, creating, growing

• Drill down into the What, How, Who, Where, and Why of your marketing & sales strategies for each of the 4 Fast & Free RGAs you'll be focusing on

• Go through your "What Do You Do?" statements and pick the best 1-2 for each RGA

• Review your lead magnet & email list growth strategy

• Review and tweak your list-building funnel

• Review and tweak your sales funnels & tripwires

15-minute break

• Please allow for an extra 15 minutes so we can both take a mental break in our session!

45 Minutes: Systemize

• Based on all of the work we've done so far, we'll map out your top 5 sales funnels using my Stranger to Happy Paying Customer Journeys

25 Minutes: Sell

• I'll walk you through how to use my Radical Roadmap, a 12-month sales strategy and action planner

• You'll set goals and create your action plan for your first month with your new plan!

5 minutes: Wrap up and next steps

• We'll spend the last 5 minutes reviewing your next steps and any final questions you have!

For SCALES we'll be focusing on paring down your business, outsourcing, automating, and making space for what's next. Then we'll focus on increasing your visibility, connections, and extending your brand's reach and revenue potential
