Nope, it's not to...

  • Go viral on social media or build your online audience. That's the slowest, hardest, most time-consuming way to get clients and is a waste of your precious time and energy in your early years. Super low ROI for your time... but you already knew that!

  • Take a bunch of courses to learn skills outside your zone of genius. Stop trying to do it all yourself, and prioritize high-touch sales activities, and make money to hire professionals to do the stuff you don't know how to do. THAT'S how you build a business.

  • Create more and more offers other then your core program, product, or service. Having more to sell won't make you more money if you're the one doing all the work like most early-stage entrepreneurs. You'll sell more if you have fewer offers to sell. Stick to 1-2 core offers, simple, focused sales activities and one cohesive marketing narrative.

  • Spend a fortune on ads or fancy marketing agencies. Ads and agencies amplify what's already working. If you don't have a smooth sales funnel and new business coming in the door quickly and easily, you're not ready for this level of support. It's going to cost you thousands of dollars only to realize it's not converting sales. Focus on nailing your marketing and sales flows first, then pay others to help you amplify when you have enough data!

Your sole focus at this stage of business is to generate revenue and get cash coming into your business...​

Your need to prioritize sales and if you're new in business that's probably scary, overwhelming, and downright confusing.
