Have you ever asked yourself, "How can I bring more ME to my life?"
That's been the only question on my mind since reshuffling my own life back in 2008. It's been 10 years of facing myself in the mirror, the good, the bad, and the ugly. It's been a decade of getting real with where and why I'm not living the life I truly wanted...and to change that story.
Thus kicked off what has felt like a domino effect of letting go of relationships, ideas, and situations that were no longer serving me over and over again for 10 straight years. I often felt as if I were standing naked, alone, and afraid in the middle of my life.
(Ha! Can you relate?)
Each time I stripped away a layer of what I didn't want (or, to put it more accurately, that layer was ripped away despite my kicking and screaming) I would be forced to ask myself what I really wanted to do, be, or have in my life.
I got to discover a more authentic me! I developed a deeper connection to myself and learned how to bring all of me out to play!

Over the past 10 years it has gotten easier to tap into the real me and let go of those things that don't serve me quickly and more gently
(read: no more ripping)
My life is much more full of ME!
Equal energy relationships | Fulfilling projects | Exciting adventures | Successful business | Joy
...all of this built with intention and by design.
However, it can still be far too easy to slip into old patterns of playing small, not rocking the boat, and dulling our shine...and our dreams!
Bringing more YOU into the world takes self-awareness, self-acceptance, self-love...and of course courage!
As you dream of your future, set goals, build your life...are you bringing as much YOU into your life as you can?
Where can you take a small, courageous act to choose YOU and let go of what's no longer serving you?
(oooh, did that make your heart skip a beat?)
I invite you to face the mirror and reflect on the life looking back at you, the good, the bad and the ugly.
You can build your life by design based on what has value to you.
