We try and cram as many goals as we can into our new year plan. The only problem is, while most of us make a plan for the new year, many of us don’t think about it strategically.
(We often overestimate what we can accomplish in one year, and underestimate what we can do in three!)
That often leads to taking on too much all at once.
Instead of doing one or two things REALLY WELL, we end up trying to do way too much and either burn ourselves out or only scratch the surface of how successful we can be.
